is seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Agent. With a passion for building relationships and driving business growth, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are always one step ahead.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
