Job Title: Flight Line Mechanic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Line Mechanic to join our team at Hire Talent. As a Flight Line Mechanic, you will be responsible for removing and installing Line Replacement Units (LRU's) and engine components, as well as performing repair work. You will also be responsible for engine removal/installation, incorporating modifications, and inspecting/evaluating engine components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Removing and installing LRU's and engine components
  • Engine removal/installation
  • Incorporating modifications and inspecting/evaluating engine components
  • Providing assistance to troubleshoot and resolve engine and aircraft system malfunctions
  • Collecting and reporting engine-related information
  • Must be willing to work on any shift (days, afternoons and nights) or rotate as necessary in any shift pattern
  • Required to be available for Service Support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, hold and carry up to 50 pounds unaided
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with 2+ years' experience in aircraft engine mechanics
  • A&P license

Preferred Requirements:

  • Associates degree
  • Jet engine experience
  • Maintenance experience on large Engines
  • Experience in manufacturing or aviation industry
