About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Designer III to join our team at Clark Nexsen. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the conceptual design and development of architectural projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver design solutions that meet client needs
  • Develop and represent technical viewpoints on projects
  • Liaise with project management, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an NAAB-accredited Architecture program
  • 8+ years of professional experience in an architectural practice or related field
  • Excellent graphic, drawing, and presentation capabilities
  • Experience with environmental analysis applications such as Climate Studio, Sefaira, Insight360, and Lady Bug/Honeybee
  • Commitment to sustainable design principles and interest in achieving accreditation in LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Green Globes
