Senior AFSIM Analyst

About the RoleAs a Senior AFSIM Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and analyzing models and concepts of employment for cutting-edge technologies such as advanced air platforms, strike weapons, and integrated multi-domain effects. You will work closely with our software development teams to improve our customized tools, including designing efficient representations for large datasets, testing accurate interactions across interdependent algorithms, and automating production analysis pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and evaluate models and concepts of employment for advanced air platforms, strike weapons, and integrated multi-domain effects
- Collaborate with software development teams to improve customized tools and automate production analysis pipelines
- Work with a team of analysts to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
- Engage in independent research projects to explore new ideas and approaches
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience working with AFSIM performing modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Knowledge of Air or Strike Warfare domains
- Strong scripting and programming skills with languages such as Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or JAVA
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance and ultimately a Top Secret level clearance
