About the Role

As a Senior AFSIM Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and analyzing models and concepts of employment for cutting-edge technologies such as advanced air platforms, strike weapons, and integrated multi-domain effects. You will work closely with our software development teams to improve our customized tools, including designing efficient representations for large datasets, testing accurate interactions across interdependent algorithms, and automating production analysis pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze models and concepts of employment for advanced air platforms, strike weapons, and integrated multi-domain effects
  • Collaborate with software development teams to improve customized tools and automate production analysis pipelines
  • Work with a team of analysts and senior engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Engage in independent research projects to drive creative solutions and reward independent initiative
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related area
  • Proven experience working with AFSIM performing modeling, simulation, and analysis
  • Knowledge in Air or Strike Warfare domains
  • Strong scripting and programming skills with languages such as Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or JAVA
  • Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by start date and ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance
