Job Summary

Bellefaire JCB is a leading provider of mental health, substance abuse, education, and prevention services. We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage clients and their families to provide care coordination services through OhioRISE
  • Initiate the completion of the CANS assessment and intake paperwork
  • Make recommendations for community or national agencies if Bellefaire JCB cannot provide the necessary service
  • Assist in departmental coverage of incoming referrals, outreach, and CANS assessments
  • Manage a diverse caseload of referrals representing the Agency's service array
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred
  • Valid Ohio LSW, LISW, or PCC preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in the mental health field; experience working with youth and families preferred
