Job Description

Atrium Health is looking for a highly motivated Public Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Public Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting internal and criminal investigations, coordinating and preparing mandated North Carolina Criminal Justice training, and maintaining access to law enforcement restricted databases.

You will work closely with leadership to assist with personnel activities, develop and deliver law enforcement and security training programs, and provide input on performance evaluations and budget accountability.

The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience as a Law Enforcement Officer, a General Law Enforcement Certification, and advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local criminal statutes and case law.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment. We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
