Position Overview
We are seeking an Automation Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging engineering principles and practical experience to create diverse project designs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in problem-solving while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. **System Hardware and Layout Design**
- Design and develop hardware solutions.
- Create electrical schematics and interconnect diagrams.

2. **System and Software Development**
- Write functional descriptions and specifications.
- Engage in programming and system testing.

3. **Customer Engagement**
- Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals and estimates.

4. **Training and Development**
- Participate in technology-based training and career development programs.
- Engage in project management training and employee success initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in Office 365 is essential.
- Experience in process control, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is preferred.
