About Us
Cedarhurst Senior Living is a regional healthcare provider dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to older adults. Our team is passionate about delivering personalized care that fosters independence, dignity, and comfort.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) Plan with company match.

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care needs, including grooming, hygiene, dressing, and nutrition
* Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs
* Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, as well as food and fluid intake and output, as directed
* Transport residents or assist them with walking, turning, or repositioning alone or with assistance
* Change bed linens, run errands, direct visitors, and answer telephone calls
* Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties
* Encourage and assist residents to participate in activities
* Listen and understand residents' problems and report observations immediately to the care team as needed

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* Completion of an accredited CNA program preferred
* One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred
* CPR or BLS certification preferred
* Dependable and able to meet scheduling requirements with no restrictions
* Must possess a general knowledge of laws and restrictions regarding senior living care, as well as a solid understanding of opportunities and limits of other levels of care within senior living
