Senior Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our Employee Health Center team. As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to professional and support staff in the treatment and education of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients thoroughly and develop treatment plans to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance.
- Implement and adapt treatments using various therapy techniques and devices as appropriate.
- Provide education to patients and family members to facilitate participation and improvement.
- Document patient progress and maintain required documentation to ensure accurate information is available.
- Participate in committees, interdisciplinary meetings, and patient conferences as assigned.
- Act as a lead and resource for patient care to physicians, nurses, residents, students, and staff.
- Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Demonstrate experience in a Senior Therapist capacity and meet criteria established by the department.
- Current licensure with the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners for Texas or temporary licensure in Texas.
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR course completion card.
