Ingenics AG is seeking a skilled professional to join our project team in the field of logistics planning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to optimize material handling, logistics processes, and supply chain management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient material handling concepts for our customers in the automotive industry.
  • Develop optimized material staging, material flow, and direct delivery processes, including warehouse structures and systems.
  • Create layout plans and optimize existing warehouse layouts.
  • Develop strategies to improve logistics systems using Lean tools such as JIT, JIS, Kanban, and milkrun.
  • Develop new methods and standards for supply chain processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of all actions.

Your Profile:

  • Engineer qualification specializing in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Production Management, or a comparable degree and professional experience in logistics.
  • Experience with methods such as layout planning, value stream analysis, JIS, JIT, Kanban, or milkrun, as well as concept development for warehouse structures and systems.
  • Proven results in planning and realizing complex projects.
  • Good command of German and English, with knowledge of additional languages an advantage.
  • Interest in other cultures and flexibility to work on long-term projects in the U.S. and abroad.
