  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated and robotic systems.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Equipment Installation: Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with automated and robotic systems.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage the spare parts inventory and ensure timely ordering of replacement parts.
  • Safe Work Environment: Develop and maintain a safe work environment for the maintenance team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and safety, to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in mechanic and electrical maintenance and repair of automated and robotic systems in manufacturing or other warehouse setting.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot PLC and work with up to 480V electrical; proficient in the use of electrical and mechanical test equipment; ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
