Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on our automated and robotic systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional results. They will be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, overseeing the installation and commissioning of new equipment, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated and robotic systems
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with automated and robotic systems
  • Manage the spare parts inventory and ensure timely ordering of replacement parts
  • Develop and maintain a safe work environment for the maintenance team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanic and electrical maintenance and repair of automated and robotic systems in manufacturing or other warehouse setting
  • Ability to troubleshoot PLC and work with up to 480V electrical
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in the use of electrical and mechanical test equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • CMMS experience, a plus
