Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our team at Dennis Habib Allstate. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products (AUTO and Home) to individuals, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Duties:

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses over the phone, in person, or through online sales platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify potential customers and tailor insurance products to their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance options and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their insurance policies are up-to-date and meet their evolving needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure that clients receive the best possible coverage.

Business Development:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices and improve sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, including health, life, and property insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of work.
  • Proficiency in sales administration, including managing a sales pipeline and tracking sales metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market and the ability to stay current with market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Experience in sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and providing personalized service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
