Job Summary
The PC Systems Analyst 2 plays a crucial role in providing ongoing assistance for user environments, focusing on personal computing devices including PCs and Macs, as well as other peripherals. This position operates under the general guidance of team leadership, ensuring effective resolution of hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the PC Systems Analyst 2 encompass:
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and upkeep of hardware and software solutions, ensuring reliable internet and network connectivity for various devices.
- User Support: Deliver direct support to users through various channels including phone, in-person, and online interactions.
- Business Needs Evaluation: Analyze user procedures and organize necessary resources to design and implement effective solutions, while monitoring the progress of corrective actions.
- Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of relevant experience, or
- An Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience, or
- A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent with 5 years of applicable experience.
