Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with brain, spinal cord, and other medically complex conditions in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering basic bedside assistance, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Supporting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Facilitating mobility exercises and assisting with rehabilitation activities.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care and vital signs.
Work Schedule:
This position offers flexible full-time and per-diem shifts, including day and night options. Full-time employees will enjoy a structured schedule with every other weekend off.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Completion of a certified CNA program with current California certification.
- Preferred experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with medically complex patients.
- Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
