Service Center Manager

Vital Chemicals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Center Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for our vacuum coating systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate Equipment Repairs and Installations: Plan and execute the repair and installation of vacuum coating equipment, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide Professional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and Train Technicians: Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform equipment repairs and installations.
- Manage Spare Parts Inventory: Manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring that necessary components are available for equipment repairs and installations.
- Coordinate with Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and equipment.
- Document and Report Activities: Document and report all activities, including equipment repairs, installations, and customer interactions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in installing and repairing vacuum coating equipment or similar equipment.
- Skills: Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of statistical process control, and quality improvement process methods and terminology.
- Language: German language skills are preferred.
