Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Observation and Reporting: Observe and survey the area to identify potential security risks and provide detailed reports to management.
  • Critical Response: Respond quickly and effectively in critical situations to ensure the safety of clients and their assets.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents and events.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Background: Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
  • Experience: Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possession of a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and completion of 32hr. BSIS security training.
