Job Title: Acute Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis and other acute care procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in dialysis and critical care nursing.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience with at least 6 months in hemodialysis, critical care nursing preferred.
