Requirements
  1. Finance Experience: 8+ years in Finance (Accounting or Tax) field or industry, with technical exposure and experience.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Experience with marketplace and tech industry is recommended.
  3. Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
  4. Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills, flexible, creative, and results-oriented.
  5. Ownership and Accountability: Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive results.
  6. Project Management: Experience with large-scale project implementations, with impact to end-to-end business functions and systems.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaison between business partners to coordinate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and drive projects to completion.
  8. Time Management: Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results.
  9. Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with many different business partners.

Compensation

The total cash range for this position is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
