Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safety, quality, and performance metrics of the Transportation Account.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and mentorship to team members, fostering individual development, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives.
- Engage regularly with clients, employees, and stakeholders to address concerns and explore opportunities.
- Manage the delivery of training initiatives.
- Address and resolve escalated issues from clients, employees, and stakeholders.
- Implement, manage, and enhance policies, systems, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Achieve financial objectives through effective management of labor, expenses, and revenue.
- Utilize computer-based systems to input, review, extract, and analyze financial and operational data.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to collect, analyze, and visualize data to support management decisions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, error reduction, and the establishment of standardized processes.
- Investigate, document, and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach.
- Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and respond to high-volume communications in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both frontline staff and senior management.
- Willingness to learn new systems and educate others.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in janitorial or custodial operations.
- Successful completion of a drug screening is required.
- Aviation experience is preferred.
- Must meet all criteria for obtaining the necessary airport security badge and US Customs and Border Patrol clearance, including passing a background check and providing a 10-year work history.
