Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are looking for a Patient Documentation Professional to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. In this role, you will be responsible for transcribing patient medical information into our transcription system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining electronic health records.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals to interpret and process doctor-transcribed medical information, and assist in codifying diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications using universally accepted healthcare language. Your proficiency in medical terminology and ability to maintain composure and focus while dealing with deadlines and assignments will be essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes eligibility on day 1 for all benefits, dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match, debt-free tuition assistance, and immediate access to time off benefits.
