Hospital Dietetics Assistant

TX Citywide Professional Services is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients. We're currently seeking a skilled Hospital Dietetics Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

We're looking for an individual who is passionate about nutrition and has excellent communication skills. As a Hospital Dietetics Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering nourishments and snacks to patients as ordered by physicians/dietitians, introducing patients to the services of the Food and Nutrition Services Department, and maintaining temperature logs for unit refrigerators and freezers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital setting, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be comfortable standing for long periods. You'll also need to be familiar with therapeutic diets and understand established protocols.

This role offers a competitive salary of $15 per hour and a full-time schedule from 12pm-8:30pm, Monday to Friday. Part-time opportunities are also available from 4pm-8:30pm.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass background check within a 7-year range
  • Covid vaccination record required
  • Able to work evening and weekends
  • Negative TB results required
