Position Summary:

As a Bilingual Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and satisfaction while working alongside a dedicated team.

Your responsibilities will include:


1. Welcoming patients, gathering their medical histories, and confirming their information.

2. Preparing patients for examinations by taking vital signs and conducting necessary tests.

3. Assisting during medical examinations and treatments.

4. Performing ancillary tests and tasks as instructed by the Center Medical Director, including but not limited to pulmonary function tests, EKGs, injections, audiograms, and blood draws.

5. Conducting DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.

6. Being cross-trained to handle Front Office responsibilities such as greeting patients, obtaining authorizations, and managing check-in/out processes.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.

- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, training as a medical assistant, or military medical specialist with valid credentials in the state of employment.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information securely.
