About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Healthcare Provider to join our team at Minnesota Community Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting health equity in our diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally sensitive and patient-centered care to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams through verbal and written communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in healthcare.
Requirements
  • Medical school diploma and DEA certification.
  • Minnesota state medical license and active BLS certification.
  • Minimum four years of post-residency experience in a community-based setting.
  • Bilingual Hmong/English required.
