About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at A2MAC1. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic projects from initial customer engagements to project closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide commercial and technical findings, leveraging A2MAC1's expertise to deliver maximum value to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Business Development team to scope out project proposals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective project management, communication, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing complex programs in an international and global matrix environment, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Completed Master's studies or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration with an engineering extension.
  • 3-5+ years of post-graduate school consulting experience, with 1+ year at a project management level.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to self-lead and others.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
