- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide commercial and technical findings, leveraging A2MAC1's expertise to deliver maximum value to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Business Development team to scope out project proposals.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective project management, communication, and issue resolution.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs in an international and global matrix environment, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Completed Master's studies or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration with an engineering extension.
- 3-5+ years of post-graduate school consulting experience, with 1+ year at a project management level.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to self-lead and others.
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
