Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be compensated with an estimated $22.50 hourly salary, reflecting the region's competitive market rate. Job Description:
This position provides administrative support for the Library Division, encompassing various tasks, including coordinating events, managing budgets, and performing office duties. As an Administrative Specialist Senior, you will be responsible for designing promotional materials, creating in-house displays, and contributing to the library's social media presence. You will also provide customer service support at the Circulation/Reserves desk and assist with the ingestion and digitization of library archival material.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess an Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of administrative office support or related experience. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a library or with library systems, customer service experience, and ability to work with diverse populations. You should have excellent communication and time-management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and relevant office computing systems. Additionally, you should be able to travel to campus during interviews and be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
