About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at ChildServe. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA programs as written by the Behavior Analyst
  • Provide behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to provide a holistic approach to care
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
