Job Title: Behavior Technician - Applied Behavior Analysis

ChildServe is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in providing high-quality care to children with special healthcare needs.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote the growth and development of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst
  • Provide behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records, collect data, and complete treatment notes as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within six months of hire
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
