Job Description

Job Summary

Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing employees, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations
    • Manage and maintain all store equipment, including ovens, fryers, and refrigeration units.
    • Ensure that all store areas are clean and organized, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
    • Oversee the receiving and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
  • Employee Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
    • Manage employee schedules, including creating and adjusting schedules as needed.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
