Clinical Support Specialist

Pride Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at UnitedHealth Group in Dallas, TX. This 13-week contract opportunity is an excellent chance to work with a top-tier healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in a clinic setting.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vitals, administering injections, handling phone calls, prescription refills, and referrals, as well as following all physician office guidelines.
Requirements for this role include a high school graduate or GED equivalent, with experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinic setting being essential. The selected candidate will be expected to provide excellent patient care, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $20 - $23 per hour, making it an attractive choice for those looking to start their career in healthcare. With a schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and 40 hours per week, this role provides a great work-life balance.
