Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding member expectations through friendly greetings, prompt assistance, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage front desk activities, including phone answering, check-ins, new member sign-ups, and tours, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Facilitate account updates, address member inquiries, and escalate concerns to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club, contributing to a positive and inviting atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software applications.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members and colleagues.

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $35,000-$45,000 per year, paid biweekly, plus free gym membership and other benefits.
