Receptionist - Front Desk Coordinator

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations
- Issue and collect visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries in a timely manner
- Communication and Support
- Answer and direct phone calls to staff members, ensuring prompt and efficient communication
- Provide administrative support to staff, including filing and recordkeeping
- Client Services
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Purchase office and client supplies as needed
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; at least three years of related experience preferred
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Time management skills
- Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to stand for up to 15-20% of the workday
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds occasionally
