Receptionist Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Vibra Healthcare. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, vendors, and patients, and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including charge entry, admissions paperwork, filing, and copying.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of previous receptionist experience preferred.
- Skills: Multi-line phone system experience, data system experience, and healthcare experience preferred.
