As an Assistant Store Manager at LOFT Oakridge Mall, you will support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role is an opportunity to nurture relationships with customers and associates.

  • Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
  • Drive operational excellence and financial discipline using tools and reporting.
  • Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.

You'll Bring to the Role

1+ year retail management experience (preferred), a hospitality mindset, technology proficiency, ability to operate a point-of-sale system, strong business acumen, and initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Salary: Estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on location and experience.
