About the Opportunity
This role supports and models excellent customer experiences as a key team member. Your focus is on delivering personalized interactions and providing guidance to associates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, preparing you to step in as manager when needed.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
  • Assist leaders with onboarding and developing an effective team.
  • Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
  • UpHOLD HIGH VISUAL AND OPERATIONAL STANDARDS WHILE FOCUSING ON CUSTOMER NEEDS.
  • Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business outcomes.
  • Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates excel.
  • Build strong relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
  • Utilize technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, providing customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
