Job Summary

The Night Auditor at MCR Hotels is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. This role is a critical part of the hotel's operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and guest information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Financial Transactions: Balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and conduct security walks to ensure the hotel's financial integrity.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain good communication with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve and effectively deal with internal and external customers.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the hotel team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate the ability to be detail-oriented and accurate in financial transactions.
  • Communication Skills: Possess basic English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Math Skills: Have basic math skills and the ability to balance transactions.
  • Availability: Be willing to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hotel Experience: Have experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Brand Knowledge: Possess knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards.
