We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Drury Hotels Company, LLC. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Perform front desk related functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting sales-related programs, and maintaining guest records.
- Audit the previous day's receipts to verify and balance entries, run reports, and verify accuracy of information.
- Assist with set up of breakfast, including food preparation, set up, service, and cleaning.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude.
- Ability to take written and verbal direction and speak English clearly and read English.
- Ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner in providing a hospitable environment.
- Ability to give attention to detail and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels' policies and procedures, for guest services.
- Ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines in the normal day-to-day activities.
