Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Client Assessment and Treatment Planning
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
    • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure treatment plans are tailored to meet individual needs
  • Therapeutic Services
    • Provide evidence-based behavioral therapies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS)
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
  • Supervision and Training
    • Provide supervision and training to junior staff members to ensure high-quality care delivery
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination
    • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements

  • Education and Certification
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners licensure
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits

  • Total Compensation
    • $80,000 to $120,000 per year, including base salary and annual bonuses
