Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental illness to provide evidence-based behavioral services.

Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, direct care staff members, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding an individual's progress.
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans, ensuring their effective implementation and proper documentation.
Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings as required.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records to ensure information is readily available to interested parties.

Requirements

Must have experience with behavioral intervention and/or strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology.
Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
Reliable transportation and ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and moving from seated to standing regularly.

Salary Range

USD $50.00 - $56.00 / Hour
