We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Behavior Specialist to join our team at Total Spectrum Care. As a Senior Behavior Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in behavior analysis and a proven track record of success in leading teams and providing supervision. As a Senior Behavior Specialist, you will be responsible for providing oversight and supervision to your team, mentoring and supporting behavior technicians, and conducting clinical reviews with funding sources.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and supervision to your team
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians
  • Conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings
  • Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority
  • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures
  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment
Requirements
  • Masters degree or enrolled in Masters degree program
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within 12 months of obtaining a masters
  • Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements)
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
