Job Title: Swim Instructor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team at Diventures. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children and adults how to swim and stay safe in the water. You will work with students of all ages and skill levels, providing personalized instruction and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming and water safety skills to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of each student.
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their skills.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 16.
  • First-Aid/CPR/AED and O2 certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Swim Teachers are credentialed through SSI and will complete both training and an apprenticeship prior to teaching independently.
