Maintenance Supervisor

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our properties. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service for our residents, staff, and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance
- Maintain updated preventive maintenance information and logs
- Ensure the workshop or utility room is clean, orderly, and safe
- Provide role models for maintenance staff by following company procedures and presenting a professional image
Requirements:
- 3 years of related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide superior customer service
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Computer proficiency
