Job Title: CASAC (2 Programs)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CASAC to join our team at Praxis Housing Initiatives, Inc. The successful candidate will provide addiction assessments, intakes, and counseling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive addiction assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, including recovery ready counseling and motivational interviewing.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement service plans.
  • Monitor client progress and provide crisis interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in our case management software.

Requirements:
  • Certified Alcohol Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) certification.
  • Relevant experience working with special needs populations, preferably 3 years or more.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
