Job Responsibilities- Provide top-notch service and maintenance for HVAC systems on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC units, using a variety of hand tools and following blueprints or engineering specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
- Prepare for on-site installations and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work.
- Inspect and maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance services.
- Represent the company as a direct customer contact, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Determine parts to order for repairs and ensure timely delivery.
- Document work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration, and maintaining files.
- Record parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and return unused resources.
- Turn in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
- Read and interpret product specifications.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Be flexible to work overtime/weekends as necessary and travel regularly, with some overnight travel required.
