Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the deployment of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in response to quality issues and customer complaints through the coordination of cross-functional teams.
This role involves facilitating the deployment of corrective and preventive actions in response to quality issues and customer complaints through the coordination of cross-functional teams. You will work closely with other departments, vendors, and customers to ensure that quality issues are addressed promptly and effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for seeking and recommending ways to improve product and process capability based on company metrics and providing technical support and information to other departments, vendors, and customers as requested.
Requirements:
- Able to read part/assembly blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
