Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure the highest standards of professionalism.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and maintain compliance in all aspects of the pharmacy.
  3. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and patient care, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
  5. Team Leadership: Supervise and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff, offering guidance, training, and feedback.
  6. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining efficient stock levels.
  7. Financial Performance: Contribute to the financial success of the pharmacy through effective resource management and budgeting.
  8. Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate potential losses due to errors, theft, or other factors.
  9. Workflow Optimization: Streamline workflows to ensure efficient and effective operations.

You will lead with heart by demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Additionally, you will motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions.

The estimated salary range for this role is $60.00 - $73.00 per hour or annually. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
