Job Description:

This position involves administering respiratory therapy treatments and assessments, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary. You will also educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert respiratory care: Administer treatments, conduct assessments, and ensure accurate diagnosis.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams: Develop comprehensive patient care plans, communicate effectively, and coordinate care.
  • Monitor patient progress: Regularly assess patients, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • RRT Certification: Hold current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • State License: Possess an active state license to practice as a respiratory therapist.
  • Experience: Demonstrate expertise in respiratory care, preferably in a travel or mobile setting.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
