Job Overview

Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance, with a focus on Hyundai-specific systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Vehicle Systems
    • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and repair issues with engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, air conditioning, and braking systems.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Explain complex repairs in a clear and concise manner to customers and advisors.
  • Manage Time and Prioritize Tasks
    • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment
    • Ensure all work areas are clean and organized, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
    • A valid driver's license is required for this position.
  • Hyundai-Specific Training
    • Hyundai-specific training is preferred, but not required.
  • ASE Certification
    • ASE certification is preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ Years of Mechanical Experience
    • A minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience is required.
  • Clean Driving Record
    • A clean driving record is required for this position.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
