About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Contract Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will partner with clients to develop, market, and distribute cutting-edge products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Development: Draft and negotiate technology development statements of work (SOW) and other contracts on an as-needed basis, including amendments and addenda to master agreements and SOWs.
  • Risk Management: Identify key risks/gaps in underlying contracts and recommend changes to mitigate risk.
  • Contract Administration: Supports National Account Managers and Business Solutions Managers with Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs), and contract administration.
  • Performance Management: Performance management of staff; ensures appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Juris Doctor Degree
  • 5+ years' experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
  • Supervisory experience is required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Previous in-house legal experience a plus
  • Experience related to technology and medical device companies is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to measure results
  • Ability to create new procedures and workflows
  • Organized self-starter with a focus on excellence and entrepreneurship
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many simultaneous workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and computer skills specifically highly proficient with Excel, Oracle, and CRM.
